Finally a spicy snack mix with some heat! Been following a ketogenic diet for a little over a half year, and one of the hardest things for me to give up was chips and other crunchy snacks.Pork rinds are great, but I don't always feel like eating those, so I've constantly kept my eye out for "keto-friendly" snack options. I found the Catalina Crunch Spicy Kick Mix at a local grocery and I love it!It's actually spicy and it hits the savory, salty, and crunchy cravings perfectly! Think Chex Mix, but hotter, better, and lower carb!My partner also loves this mix and he's not doing keto!The local grocery doesn't always keep this mix in stock so I do like being able to order this via Amazon. :)Yes they are a little expensive, but we all know it cost more to eat well. I made a choice this past year to invest in my health and wellbeing. I have made great strides in my nutrition, eating real food that gives my body fuel. I have always struggled with the salty snacks for movie night and such. Chex mix was my go to, but not good for me. This crunch mix has been a big help. I still have to watch my portion control, but I can have a salty treat and not feel guilty. I LOVE the crunch and the taste, the little cheese crisps and cashews really pop. I pour a Dixie cup full and enjoy. Would defiantly recommend and will be a staple in my pantry.This is hands down the best keto snack on the market. It’s savory and taste great. The only problem is how small the packaging is and the price, it’s too expensive for what you get.I needed something with a good volume of protein with a salty and crunch texture and this worked.If you're trying to cut carbs and aren't as fond of sweets as Atkins likes to think, try these. There are tons of chocolate/candy/ sweet snacks on Keto/Atkins but it's hard for anyone to make salty, chip type snacks.These and the spicy version (even better) are a gift!! Someone figured out how to make a Chex-Mix type snack that's low carb. Serving size is 28g (just under 1/4c) and there's 6 servings, so it's decent and although they are pricey, I'm HOOKED. DelishI’m not Leto, but I do count macros and for the 1oz portion 8g of protein is great. Perfect when you need a little crunchy snack and don’t want to reach for chips or something unhealthy. I bought the cheddar flavor and they are great! I would be hard pressed for anyone to guess these are a healthier snack if the didn’t see the bag. Will definitely be buying again and again.Nice snack except for the fact that it’s too salty. If they made a low salt one, it would be perfect for me. Nice crunch.I follow a low carb diet but love crunch. This snack delivers flavor and crunch! Still have to manage portion size — can’t eat the whole bag at once, folks. Pricy for the package size but worth the snack satisfaction.
