Let's get the worst part out of the way first: It can be confusing to figure out how to use this right out of the box. Get the NuMi phone app and buy some basic snacks (veggies, nuts, cheese) to fill in the gaps between the four daily servings in the kit. From there the daily eating list in NuMi is pretty easy to follow.The good part is that this works for me. I've done the 7 day kits a few times and lost 4-5 lbs every time. The meals generally taste pretty good and most importantly they make you feel full. I never felt like I was starving.
