I mistakenly ate the whole box in one day. The next day my undercarriage was on fire!!! I'll never do that again!!!!!!!I consistently look for chips that I can eat along with a sandwich. These Cheez-It crackers are a bit thicker and bigger than standard Cheez-It's. They have a strong flavor that tastes great on their own. They are good chips, but to me, they are not a binge food. I can only eat 10-15 at a time.These cheese Cracker are the most delicious. The white cheddar Grooves are even yummier. Very addictive. My new favorite snack foodMy tongue, lips and mouth were coated with salt after eating less than a serving portion. I will not order again unless the amount of salt is reduced.These have a much better taste than the original Cheez-It Crackers.
