These things taste like dessert, not a healthy snack! =D I’m impressed by the ingredients list and the flavor. These bars are soft, have 2g of protein and 6g of fiber.I bought several flavors of these bars for snacks for me and my teens/tweens. They love them too. I love that they aren’t just eating empty calories. Birthday cake seems to be the most popular flavor with lemon coming in second.I have lost 30 lbs on a Keto Low Carb diet and I snack on these 1 or 2 times a day.
