I ordered these because it came up in a "low carb" and "keto" search and I didnt look too closely at it because it was almond based which is what many low carb products are made of.This is mostly rice flour and has a carb count typical to most crackers. Not meant for low carb/keto diets.They lied about the product being dairy free and I cannot eat or return the what they sent!!! Do not order!!!! It is just really expensive crackers where you can get a case for nearly the same amount as what they charge for two boxes!!!!Delicious. Wonderful with nutella
