We bought a case of these chips (12 bags) and sadly they arrived all broken, thin, no salt and weird packaging. I assume it was an Amazon internal issue rather than Siete. Even all Siete chips at the local market are superior of what we received. However, we contacted Siete directly and they sent a fresh replacement in a few days! (they tasted amazing and were the real deal)I praise Siete for being a responsible and ethical company!! We need more companies like this. Thank you Siete for helping me out. I am a very happy customer and will be back :)My husband loves these. I find them tasting too much of powdered spices, though, and to me, they have a weird powdery mouth-feel.I have loved Doritos since I was a kid. When I developed gluten and soy intolerance and allergy to milk, I could no longer have my favorite snack. I have never found anything that came close to the real thing. But, these have hit the spot. I am so glad I can finally have a dairy free, soy free, and gluten free nacho "cheese" tortilla chip.Best paleo chip on the market!I'm 7 years Paleo and a certified ancestral nutrition specialist. My home is grainfree... even my animals.Why only 3 stars? Even salsa means heavy chip death and they're pretty expensive for the amount of chips you get. Unless you hit a deal, like I just did, they're actually cheaper at the expensive grocery store in town. The flavor is extremely faint unless you grip it in between your lips, bite it, then lick your lips. That's the only way we've found to actually taste the seasoning, which is delicious, once you can actually taste it. They're very addictive and I'd love to give them 5 stars but I just can't because the reasons I stated. I've made my own and find buying these easier because when you make EVERYTHING from scratch, you're willing to pay a little extra to lessen your load. We'll continue to purchase these. The sea salt isn't as good as the lime.When I received my case of chips it looked like a truck had run over it. The box was broken and taped up and all the chips smashed. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. Got my chips with a nice hand written card from the company. Nice touch. I’ve seen other reviews complaining that the product is close to expiration. This is true. The chips are still good. That’s why they are selling at such a discount. Good company and great products.I started buying Siete products because they are grain-free. The flavor of the nacho chips is excellent! My son (age 11) cannot eat dairy, and he loves them as well. They really satisfy a craving for chips, and I don't even miss the less wholesome brands. :-) I recommend these chips along with the other flavors, and the other products from this brand (tortillas, cookies - yum). Really great brand for anyone trying to be grain free or if you have certain food allergies.
