If you are trying to stick to a Keto diet, but want a little sweet snack, these fit the bill. The portion is small. I separated the bag into individual 1 oz. packages as soon as I got it, so I wouldn't be tempted to just dig into the bag. One ounce is a very small snack, but the flavor of the macadamia nut and the cinnamon, make this a nice treat and are surprisingly filling. The bag is a little bit pricey overall, but I think macadamia nuts are expensive, so I don't think these are out of line. Give 'em a try - delicious little snack.I was shockingly surprised at how good they actually we're I don't even like macadamia nuts at all but this brand will have me trying everything they have soon.Amazing. As I diabetic I am limited to what food I can have and these are amazing. The cinnamon macadamia tastes new and almost sinful. The maple are almost as good. If the manufacturer needs a taste tester or someone to.sample - I volunteer.
