One of these bars sat in my pantry for months. I didn't want to try yet another mediocre low carb product, you know?I'm so mad at myself for waiting!Unlike most low carb things we have to suffer through, these are not bland or greasy or super salty or cloyingly sweet or anything else companies do to try to make up for a nasty aftertaste. In fact, they're so flavorful that you *will* take the tiniest bites you can. It's definitely the romano cheese. This is the kind of product that forces you to eat in moderation despite yourself, and it'll last your whole lunch break.The bar is quite thin, but it's not dry and crunchy. It doesn't seem filling until you try to eat a whole one lol It has the texture of Epic bars. I understood every ingredient on the packaging.They cost...quite a bit, yes, BUT this is mostly chicken. Until someone figures out how to grow meat on bushes or sustainably in a lab, it will be expensive.I want to try all the flavors now!
